Wish to launch a formal complaint on the service I received on the 3rd of April 2013.
I booked a bus from Nelspruit to JHB which was scheduled for 10:45. The bus was firstly 2 hours late. Secondly my 5 year old and 11 year old were soaking wet by the time they got into the bus after it was 2 hours delayed. Thirdly, they were squeezed into a Translux bus as Greyhound never pitched due to a broken bus and my Helper had to carry my 5 year old from Nelspruit to Johannesburg. I don't think that was an appropriate service, why did I pay R238 for my 5 year daughter to seat on someone else's lap and be cramped? I paid a total of R756 for my 2 kids and my helper to travel in a reliable and comfortable way as you claim in your advertising and all they got was the worst experience ever.
I therefore request some form of compensation.
