I visited Nandos in April and while eating my husband found something that looked like a human fingernail in the food, we called the manager who said "I can guarantee thats not a fingernail, its a spice many other customers thought the same" I was not impressed so I asked for head office number which took her 15mins to give to me, upon laying a complaint a lady called me and I explained to her what happened, she offered me a voucher and I asked to speak to someone investigating the issue... Its been 2 months since I have heard from any1 at Nandos.
If nandos do respond to me please dont ask that manager to call me because i will lose it with that abnoxious woman
