Nando's can't seem to get it right,
I posted a complaint about food poisoning, only to be told that for my suffering i'd receive a R200 food voucher,
After the complaint i posted on hello peter, i was told it would be redirected and someone would get back to me on the matter.
Not that i would accept the voucher as a substitute for the suffering i endured, but the cherry on the top is that IT NEVER EVEN CAME, NEITHER DID THE CALL WITH FEEDBACK!!! ITS FOOD POISONING PEOPLE!!! SERIOUSLY!
DOES NANDOS NOT TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY!
JUST FEEDBACK WOULD HAVE BEEN OK, BUT NOTHING AT ALL IS RIDICULOUS!!!
