Whenever i go to kfc at cape town international airport there is always a problem. i wanted to buy me a meal at kfc and was told that there was no chicken because it was frozen. 1st of all thats not my problem and when i asked the person on duty he told me that the earlier staff did not take the chicken out of the fridge. please tell me how is that possible that no chicken is available at a KFC... I MEAN THATS THE PRODUCT YOU ADVERTISE AND SELL!!! this is the worst kfc in the whole of RSA and i would never recommend any person to go buy food there. on other times when i buy there then my chicken is never fresh and tastes like its fried in old oil. they always run out of stock, it would either be chicken, tomoto sauce, rolls, mash and gravy etc etc but always an issue. this should be one of the best kfc in RSA seeing that it is situated at a international airport but yet gives the service. i prefer buying my food at steers, barcelos, wimpy or woolworths where im assured that they have want i want and the food is fresh. i am highly dissapointed in KFC and hope that they would UP their service.
