Nando’s Centurion Lifestyle is frequently LAME

Nando's is LAME, and drastic measures need to be implemented if you want to become a FLAME! On Saturday 2013-04-20 at 12:10 I ordered 3 x Strips and Rice. I politely asked, Penelope to inform the cook to make it crispy with the chicken pieces being brown. She refused, informed me that she knows what should be done. Informed her that on numerous occasions my order was not done according to my request which resulted in me wasting time for the order to be done correct. She went to the Manager and giggled that she would show me within earshot of customers. Order waspresented to me, upon inspection I found that the contents of all 3 boxes were only filled a quarter way up. This level was the size of the box used for the peri- spinach. I called the manager on duty, Portia, who came after 5 minutes. I showed her the order and enquired as to why this was the case. She informed that this was the policy as dictated by Seeing that the rice contents are not weighed (150g as stated on menu displays - only recently, This food is not being donated nor is it provided to me on a complimentary basis. Are employees now under serving in order to siphon off the food for themselves
