Good day
yesterday (25.04.2013) my friend and i decided to brave the city night and go to Wimpy Calton Centre.
we arrived at 18:20 and waited until 18:30 to place our order.
when our turn came to place an order the lady/teller just told us that the guy in the kitchen had switched off the stove so they cant prepare our meals.
the guy in the kitchen also confirmed this to us.
we then asked them what time they close and they said 19h00. now this comes at a shock as it was 18h30 when we were placing the order.
we unfortunately had to leave without our meal.
now this is just utter nonsense that they are in a rush to closed the shop for a buying customer.
im really disappointed as i had set my mind on enjoying my hard earned money but got turned away. and im at the point where even if wimpy calton centre was the only fast food shop opened i wont get anything from them.
this is really poor customer service.
