I went to buy breakfast this morning at wimpy and the was no menu available at the till point, when we were deciding on what meal to have, I selected 2 Lekka wors meals and a extra portion of chips.
Before we even concluded the order I requested to change one of the meals to a baked bean breakfast, the lady at the tills advised that she cannot change the order as she has already punched it In to the system and she is only adding the chips.
She advised that this wimpy cannot change any orders or the teller has to pay rom her pocket, even management cannot process that request.
I'm amazed that WIMPY HAS NO CANCEL BUTTON on the pos.
