50 mins after placing order, we are still waiting for food to arrive at the table. There are 3 waiters and manager only arrived at the store after 10:15 and went straight into the kitchen to help. As a regular I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. Unfortunately we are restricted to the halaal wimpy stores and in this case I think we are being prejudiced as we are certainly not getting the same level of service we are accustomed to at other wimpy outlets. When I finally received my order - my food was served cold with an over cooked steak and a raw egg (there is a difference between soft egg and raw) At these prices, this is disgusting. Customers are helping themselves to menus and collecting meals from the kitchen counte
