Appalling customer service

I took my family out for lunch at a local wimpy, Albermarle. We placed our orders when the orders were ready I noticed that my order was not what I ordered, I ordered medium to well steak, I was served a well done steak, asked the waitress to take back the order and bring me what I ordered, she came back informed me that the steak was freezed in actual fact all their steaks 250g are frozen and cannot be prepared the way I requested. She proposed that they will prepare a medium to well done steak in a 120g x2. I was really annoid 1.by the waitress and managers inability to react in a professional manner 2.it took them forever to prepare the order 3.not only did they fail to prepare my steak properly the chips were stale 4.hygeine wise I was also not impressed there flyes all over the place 5.manager did not bother to come to our table and explain their current fridge situation, the kitchen ladies kept on staring us digustingly. Wimpy is a well known brand, famous for its delicious meals and unmatched customer service. I have never experienced such despicable and appalling service from a wimpy franchise. This has really tarnished the brands name and reputation.
