Over the past 1 year the Chicken Licken branches in Ladysmith (KZN) has falling far from the top. With every order there has always been a mess-up. The last straw was on my birthday when after I recieved an incomplete order I proceeded to adress my compliant to the owner of the store who responded with a patetic attitude, arogance and pride. I there after sent an email to Chicken Licken complaints department and they cannot resolve the complaint because when the franchise holder contacted me telephonicly he was once again rude, arrogant and ill informed
