Last night (27/02/2013: 21:20pm) my husband and i went to Chicken Licken Boksburg, the one across Mcdonald's. It was about 21:20pm. We stopped to get some food as our car had broken down and we were starving and thought we would try Chicken Licken for the first time. We went to the door and it was locked. The hours stated that is open from SUN - THURS 08:00 - 22:00, the staff saw us standing at the door and ignored us. My husband banged on the door where staff looked at us and continued to ignore us. Eventually when my husband started shouting a guy working at the outlet decided to take a Sunday stroll to us to see what we want. He informed us that they locked the door, even though they should have still been open for an another half hour, and if we wanted his services we can go through the drive through. My husband said there is no sign on the door to say that they are closed and that customers should use the drive through. He started screaming at my husband, as who are we to question him. I asked for the managers number and he refused to give it to me. I WILL NEVER EVER USE ANY CHICKEN LICKEN TO BUY FOOD AT. their staff has no common decency or manner for that matter.
