WOW! more than a year and still no one from KFC contacted me about my issue!
The service and the communication skills is pathetic. Please get someone that knows how to do their job and not treat people like, and the food they order don't just throw it into a bag like i am a dog or something.
Head office contacted me and said the branch manager will contact me and well i am still waiting for the manager to contact me after more than a year!
Two issues has been logged by me so lets see if a miracle is going to happen.
