Took client for lunch. He ordered salad, no sauces, I ordered plain cheese and tomato. Order was delivered with salad with sauce all over and a ham, cheese and tomato. I complained that I did not eat ham and that was why I ordered plain cheese and tomato. Manageress told me to pay as I was not specific. Could not have been more specific. She was aggressive and would not listen to any arguement. Said they did not change menu. Told her I found her to be rude and I would never eat there again to which she told me I could do what I like.
