Used the drive through on the 23rd July to get something for my son, little did i know i will be treated like a third class citizen.
The sales person at the till was so rude, i regretted ever stopping by the place.
Could not even greet us.
When she realised the we were not Xhosa speaking customers, it gave her an opportunity to gossip about us to the lady at the window where we receive the order, who also became very rude to us as well.
She did not even ask us about the flavor of our ice cream but just assumed it will be what she wanted to give us.
Her colleague on the other side made sure that she messes up our orders even more by giving us half a cup of ice cream with "crumbs" of oreos.
I had to stop by the spar to buy more oreos to compliment what was supposed to be an ice cream for my son.
This is one place i will never set my foot at any time soon.
I will drive miles to the other Macdonalds if i ever need to buy food for my son again.
