FROZEN oysters, no fresh

I visited the Adega Mooikloof Branch the first time about a month after they opened. During that visit, the sushi was not fresh. When I enquired about it, I was informed that the tuna was frozen and already about three weeks old. The tempura platter I ordered was not the complete order, and the vegetables was dipped too long in the dough, so the veggies had raw dough around it. Today I decided to give Adega Mooikloof another change. What a big mistake. I ordered the 'fresh ocean oysters'. Before ordering, I confirmed with the waiter that it is fresh. I then received 6 oysters, with the insides still frozen solid. THAT IS NOT FRESH. That is frozen oysters that gets defrosted before being served. Please sort out the service at this branch, and rectify your menu to reflect what you are serving.
