We didnt have electricty in our erea and we had an important meeting with our Director so we decided to go and order coffees at McDonalds. To our suprise when we get back to the office the cappuccinos were so flat the foam was halfway through the cup whats actually whats worse is when i called the branch there was no answer only when I called their customer care line I was politely told by the agent (Keenan) that he will log my complaint and someone will be incontact with me in 48hrs! Can you imagine my frustration an issue so trivial will take up to 48HOURS to be resolved, THAT IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE!!!
