We DON'T make mistakes

I was so disappointed with the service I received at the new Lucky Bakery, underneath the SterKinekor movie house in Brooklyn Mall.
Whilst the food is amazing, Their attitude and service leaves a lot to be desired. My mother and I ordered 'skinny cappuccinos'. When we received the coffees, we both felt that we were unsure about whether the cappuccinos were in fact 'skinny'. I called over a waiter to just ask if it was possible to check if they were the coffees that we ordered. I wasn't complaining, I just wanted to double-check the order was correct. We were then approached by a man (whom I am assuming is one of the managers at the bakery/cafe). He proceeded to inform my mother and I that at Lucky Bakery, they specialise in coffee and that the primary function of this cafe is to serve good coffee and that is what they do there. And that when making this coffee, they DO NOT make mistakes. So regardless of what I was querying, if I ordered a skinny cappuccino, that is what I got.
After his educational speech about the bakery, I was told that IF I was still Adamant that Iit wasn't a skinny cappuccino, they would replace the coffee.
I paid the bill and walked out.
