Over the Easter wknd my fiance and I decided to go for lunch on a Saturday. I order a grapetizer and my fiance a coke. When the waiter came back with the drinks we noted that she didn't give my fiance the coke tin. So I called the waiter and ask where the tin is and she replied that they were out of stock and serving customers out of a 2L bottle. Not only is this unacceptable but they also bull you, because know you are getting only one glass whereas you should have gotten a glass and a half (as per tin) and you are still paying the same amount. Then we ordered a side veggies to share. I know there is 2 options, you order food for - R4 more expensive and the you get veggies as well and then you can order veggies for R12.95 on the side which we ordered. So when my fiance's food came the veggies was in his plate and about 1 table spoon per veggie. So we called them and expl what we actually ordered. So they brought us an extra plate of veggies which was standing on the counter heated in the mic and tasted like rubber. Then the Monday the same thing happened again when we took my parents out for lunch at the same Ocean basket. Serving coke from 2L bottles. Luckily we didn't order veg again!
