Waiting for food

I just had to wait more than 10 mins for a burger meal. When i paid at the first window i wasn't told that there would be any waiting time on fillits or anything. When i got to the next window to get the food the lady asked me if i can't park one side while i wait, also not informing me that there would be any waiting time on my burger. Bad service...
