I was a regular customer of Ocean Basket (love their food, prices etc), but after the new Manager arrived and saw a waiter leaving, while in service, and the way that the manager speaks to her employers, I decided to go to another Ocean Basket. Being a regular means that I get to know waiters and it feels good after a hard day at work to come to a place that has friendly service. Some of their waiters are full-time students or double shift worker, but still they make u feel welcome. But the new management has got a real anger management problem. she is constantly shouting at waiters, breaking down their moral, and at one instance there were too few waiters working night shift (due to shortage of staff). There was staff there before she arrived, but now they left due to her rudeness and (constant) unfriendly nature. She should either go for Humane Training or take that chip off her shoulder. The waiters aren't relaxed anymore or friendly, but always on the lookout and nervous, as they fear for a scold again. Dinah it's not school, its a place for all to
