I was out for a nice dinner at Ocean Basket Tygervalley on Saturday night 21-12-2013. I was so shocked at how the managers were treating their waiters. The one manager "De Villiers" in particular. He kept on shouting that he would fire them in "1... 2... 3.." - thinking he was super cool. What he doesn't realise is that our table and the tables surrounding us could hear everything - which yet again is really unprofessional. One of his waiters asked him to please stop talking to them like that because they just want to do their job where De Villiers replied with, I will give you warning and fire you. I was a waitress myself and find this behavior completely unacceptable. I will be contacting their head offices asap.
