My family and I are regulars at Col'cacchio's Emperor's Palace.
Innocent was our waiter.
He took our order which was 1large pizza at 8:10pm only at 9:00pm did we receive our pizza.
When the pizza eventually arrived our pizza had no chicken on and the avocado took ages to arrive.
We were not notified as to why there was a delay we were only give an apology.
I'm am a student in the hospitality industry and as far as I'm concerned service of this manner is unacceptable.
A restaurant can not be run on complaints and incompetent staff that lack training.
The manager on duty did not bother giving us an apology and simply ignored us.
Guest satisfaction is one of the vital importances in the hospitality industry but this establishment clearly doesn't care.
I do however advise that regular training is done and management should employ a duty manage with some sort of hospitality knowledge, that knows what to do and how to do it.
We will not be returning to the restaurant in the future.
