KFC WESTRIDGE!!! PATHETIC SERVICE, INADEQUATE TRAINING OR SO IT SEEMS!!!
Firstly after placing the order for 4 Krushers (3 oreo and 1 Very berry) the teller neglected to ask whether i'd be using saving or cheque, she assumed that it be saving and when i questioned this i was told "? f its saving it will decline" and that she doesn't recall the payment account she choose. I was fine with the mistake and did not think anything of this UNTIL..., THE LADY PREPARING THE KRUSHER (KAYLEE) MADE SNOTTY COMMENTS WHILE MAKING THE KUSHERS AND EVEN TOLD THE TELLER "NO" WHEN SHE ASKED WHETHER THE MACHINE IS WORKING, THE OREO KRUSHERS WERE WATERY AND TASTELESS AND THE QUANTITY WAS WAY BELOW THE AMOUNT! WHEN I QUESTION THIS I WAS TOLD THAT ITS THE NORMAL AMOUNT AND THAT " SHE WAS TRAINED THAT WAY" then after finally leaving we realized the order was wrong... we instead got a blue berry flavor! (and not the very berry) we then gave it back and the teller assisted by giving the very berry! except the portion was as it always was FULL... KAYLEE CONTINUED TO SAY THAT THE PORTION IS WRONG AND THAT WAS NOT THE WAY THEY TRAINED.
Either they did not receive the same training or KAYLEE had a bad att!
