On the 5th of April 2013 my family and I went to Steers Panorama Shopping Centre. We always go to Steers Panorama Shopping Centre because that is the only place we get good service. When we got home I took a bite from my burger and noticed something other than food in my mouth. I took it out of my mouth just to find a piece of plastic. I have contacted Steers Panorama Shopping Centre and asked for them to please have the Manager (Christopher) call me back. I also went onto whatsapp to complain with the Manager (Christopher) as I have got his cellphone number and we have sort of became friends. No one from Steers Panorama Shopping Centre has come back to me regarding this insedent. Previously the Manager (Christoper) came back to me if my order was wrong. He delivered it to me himself. I still have the piece of plastic in my posession and want this matter sorted ASAP!! We have spend thousands of rands by Steers as well as Blockbusters of which Christoper's also the Manager. I do not like to bring anyone in a bad light, but I have tried to resolve this matter with Steers's Manager and as this to no avail. Thank you.
