I purchased a burger and chips from Glenfair Mall in Lynnwood, upon going back to the office I discovered that there was hair in my chips. I am disgusted and appalled as this is not the first time but now the second time this happened at this specific Steers, previously there was a tiny piece of plastic logged into one of the burgers I bought, now there is hair in the chips, I am seriously questioning the hygiene with which they make the food as this has happened now twice, I am a huge fan of Steers these experiences have now put me off Steers completely, so upon discovering this I immediately called and spoke to the manager on duty this afternoon let him know and his response was that, his words exactly " I Complain All the time", I don't see this as a fit response to a customer that has been a loyal supporter of the Steers brand, I don't see this as a fit response period, is this how there managers are trained to speak to customers, instead of apologising, that I am sorry its not acceptable for me. So in essence he is saying I must just accept below standard unhygienic food, would he accept food like that, food that is paid for? I don't think so!!
