Kfc really has gone down the toilet!!! My mother went to buy us supper tonight at the galleria branch first off she waited 30 minutes plus!!! The food was cold and under cooked!!! (if we are sick tomorrow we know why). Your queing system, we were pushed and shoved all the way to the front of the que. Terrible terrible terrible service!!! Your only saving grace was the guy who served us.
