We went to Wimpy on 1 April about 12 o'clock. We waited 15min for our drinks after we complained to the manager. My boyfriends coffee cup was so old the wimpy sign was faded and the edges felt like sand. We got our food in time but there was hair on my egg and on one of my boyfriend's. We complained to the waiter and decided to stay as we don't have time to order again or go to another place, cause we were in a hurry. So we ate it. Then we asked the waiter for butter. They literally scooped it out with a spoon out of a tub of Blossem. It was very unprofesional and we went to the manger again to pay and complain about the service. We made them aware that we support Wimpy often at Brooklyn, Menlyn and Queens Corner, but it was our first time at the Watermeyer Wimpy and it was the worst experience ever. We will never go there again. You really need to check on their standards and Wimpy's actual standards. This is unexceptable.
