On the 2nd of April 16h15, me & my mom & boyfriend went to Wimpy Lydenburg.
There is no friendly welcome from any waiter & you have to seat yourself. While we were eating, they started cleaning the place and told the other customers (that were coming in) that they can't sit there, because they are cleaning - they even put the chairs on the tables to show that no one can sit there (25 people could have sat there).
It was so hot in there (it was even to hot to sit outside) and no aircons were working, the waiters said it's been broken for a long time. They had a small portable aircon, but it didn't even blew cold air.
Then I went to the bathroom, it smelled terrible, looked dirty & unhygienic.
Really, this was not a nice experience.
We regularly go to Lydenburg's Wimpy and every time we have a similar bad experience, and then you just hope that next time will be better, but we are tired of this and that's why I decided to complain.
WIMPY IN LYDEBURG IS UNACCEPTABLE! We won't be going there soon again.
