I would like to lodge a complaint about the service at the Game City DBN - KFC branch. I am a regular customer at KFC and therefore expect the best customer service. My advise to this branch is to employ more cashiers during the Month End Time or Holiday time to make their service, faster and more efficient so that customers like me wouldn't have to wait in the que forever just to purchase one item. Also they should make seperate lines for people who would like to purchase ice-creams, milkshakes etc. Please sort this issue out as soon as possible and improve on the customer service!
