We decided to go for a meal at Silver cloud where we where everything was perfect until i got into my meal a 500g t-bone, medium, baked potato sour cream, put the cream onto my potato cut some meat and a section of potato and started to chew, a sudden CRUNCH and an uneasy feeling that this is not right. I spat the mouthful into the serviette to discover a piece of glass about 2 to 2.5cm. I call the waitress she says let me get you another sour cream, obviously she didnt inform management as nothing was done no apology no nothing just a fresh bowl of sour cream, i blame Zizo our waitress as she obviously didnt tell a soul as the manageress was a lovely young lady who chatted to us before the incident but never returned, obviously not aware of the problem. We called the Head office call centre, it was closed, so I left a message. Had to follow up myself as no-one responded. On follow up, i got an apology, and was told she would look into it and get back to me. As of today, the 29th, nobody has still gotten back to me. They shouldn't bother either. They've lost a good customer.
