I would like to report an incident that happened a couple of months back.
I bought a brownie avalanche, waited for years in the drive thru and got a half -filled cup! I reported it on the KFC complaints website, along with a picture and... NOTHING!
We pay alot of money for your goods and then KFC shows their cheapness and doesnt fill the cup. Please, KFC its already cheap, processed products you are using in your food, dont skim on the food.
And bring back the zinger chicken-the zinger items are the only ones that are fried in fresh oil and does not have that dark brown oily appearance (they are lighter in colour-meaning fresher oil) and they taste good-once the wings go-I will only come in for the gravy. Please speak to your franchise owners. This is not acceptable.
