Saturday, 23rd March at 14:00 (which happens to be lunchtime) we went to buy KFC. We ordered a Burger meal, but were informed they were out of buns AND chips. NO BUNS AND NO CHIPS. Then we ordered 2 Hawaiin Twisters and chicken pieces. When we got home, we realised they had used the wrong wraps for the twisters. We did not like the taste of the wraps, so we didn't eat it! This is not the first time we've experienced problems with this specific branch.
They never have the cooldrink you prefer, you're always forced to take a cooldrink you don't even like!
One time, they "forgot" to put a "patty" on a burger! Another time, they "forgot" our mash and gravy! We paid for something we didn't get!!! The most frustrating part of this is that you only realise this when you get home!!!
