For a good 12-15 minutes I waited on the drive through and when my food eventually makes its way to me there is no apology for the long wait nothing, the consultant pretends as if I had no choice but wait for so long for my food. All the customers on the drive through were so irate they started to hoot no one had the decency to at-least apologise for the long wait or explain what the situation is, If this is the service that KFC wants to provide to their clients they can forget about alot of clients ever buying there...
