They were full, but managed to accommodate us. We were raving about how good the food was to the couple joining us, so opted to go there and not the other restaurant around the corner we initially decided on.
The waiter was very unenthusiastic and flippant. Our food arrived, but not the entire order.
Moments later the manager arrived and we were informed the meal was now on the grill and that our order will be with us in a few minutes. It had taken so long that by now we weren't hungry anymore, but as the order was already in progress, it left us no choice but to follow through and have the waiter bring us the meal.
Two separate reasons for the late arrival by the manager and the waiter. This was just comical, as there clearly was no communication between the manager and her staff, who blatantly and as a result, felt it in his lack of tip.
Good atmosphere, but seriously poor service and attitude. Food was lack-lustre and sauces bland.
We contacted the owners regarding this matter and even though we were promised improved service and a voucher (which we are yet to receive)... I think it was just a stock standard way of passifying us.
