Nandos was one of South Africa's best take ways, but over the last year or 2 has been on a steady decline, is the the tragic end to nandos?
Firstly changing the tastes of the sources is a big deal, there is no regular taste to all their basting, always different.
secondly new rolls taste, the fresh baked rolls were alot better. not this speedy long life roll, why else are we paying a primer price for nandos? if i wanted a long life roll i would have gone to mcd's
Thirdly: This probably the biggest issue, which i mentioned once before. Butterfly, why remove this if the customer recommends it or prefers it? Why does your Dubai and Malaysia store do the slit? Anyhow i guess this is a losing battle, but i would like to mention this, i simply order my chicken, once i receive it, i cut it and send it back to get well done. this not only wastes my time, but your runners time, your grillers time, and of course i send it back in a side plate and its returned to be in a normal plate, dirtying 3dishes instead of one.
time wastage is 10-15mins instead of 2mins longer on the grill the first time round.
