Last night 10 March 2013, I went to purchase a pizza at debonairs gateway (foodcourt) at 7.45pm. Only to be attended to at 7.55pm with no queue! all staff were busy cashing up and cleaning up but they close at 9pm. That was not my business but it became my business when the women that attended to my girlfriend treated her like she was some. Named Charity, this elderly person did not greet, spoke in zulu and refused to explain the special that's on offer to my girlfriend, had some other staff member talk to her. Then upon payment of purchase, flung her card back at her and said speedpoint is not working, when customers before us used the speedpoint. The feeling I had was of pure disgust! I will never purchase from this store again and unfortunately will not even recommend it to anyone either. This women should be repremanded for this behaviour as it most certainly paints a very poor reflection of Debonairs pizza...
