Failing to take responsibility

My cousin and I visited Debonairs Secunda on the 31st of October, to purchase a triple decker pizza. the time printer on the till slip said 17:51 and we were told it would take 15 to 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready. Lindiwe was the lady who tilled the transaction and everything went well from her service. but after waiting for close to 30 minutes? I approached the counter to ask how much longer should we wait and as I approached the till? their was a lady standing at the point of service with a Debonairs uniform. she didn't have a name tag on. so at first it was a bit difficult to call her out by name. she looked so down and I asked if she was feeling ohk or if she was sick. well it didn't go down well with that part. so I got to the thing that brought us to Debonairs at the 1st place, asking about the pizza? and her respond was like why don't you ask the person you bought from? well I begged her pardon and she responded with the same statement and I then asked if it was Debonairs policy to speak to customers in such a way. I then requested for the manager who again failed to get an apology from her but only managed to get her name tag on.
