Lack of stock hours before closing time

Hi,

For some reason on most days, most KFCs especially the Claremont and Mowbray ones stop making certain meals about two ours before they close. Now I can understand not making any new food about 30-40 minutes before close but up to two hours? Most of the time its the burgers that dont get made but ive come in at like 8pm and been told theres no chicken... at KFC...

Is there any reason why I cant get a meal at like 8pm?
