Very Poor service for such huge profit margins

My family and i are huge KFC fans and thrive on the usual great service as well.
On saturday evening at the monte casino in JHB, approx two hours from closing time we were told that there were no burgers or hot wings. Surely they should understand the trends and paterns by now.
that was not all. upon arrival at Cape town international on sunday and coincedently also about two hours before closing I was told the very same thing. in fact at cape town there was no chicken, burgers or wings between the two branches there.
I am not in the least satisfied with the service and also got the feeling that after a certain time they stop preparing so there is less surpluss at the end of the shift.
I must say that i have never experienced this anywhere else before.

On a better note i would like to compliment Tina and Lumka from the Tygervalley store.
they turned my little complaint around yesterday and served me a fantastic lunch with a complimentary drink.
And just by the way I had lunch at KFC bellville today too.

If the standards keep dropping we going else where to look for our chicken.

Wake up KFC...
