Last week the chicken was undercooked, we waited for one hour in the drive through to get horrible, raw chicken.
They never had chili salt for weeks, yes that's right, for weeks. Tonight the mash and gravy was, well, how do I say this, I've tasted better on the side of the road. It was like dishwater, there was no mash in there, only the usual disgusting brown lumpy liquid they charge R10, 00.00 for.
Service? What's that. The same usual braindead staff running around like headless chickens throwing items into brown paper bags and, you as the customer hopes for the best. How many times has one not received ketchup, spoons, napkins, salt etc.? How many times I ask you with tears in my eyes? You have to go and ask for it at the front or you have no hope in of getting anything.
Your stores have succumbed to the AAA service mentality as have the rest of them. That's Apathetic African Attitude. Your staff are generally speaking, rude, uninformed and impolite on the best of days. Sometimes at the drive through you are not even greeted and the bag is tossed at you and you are made to feel like a beggar, waiting for scraps from their table...
