Appalling service

My complaint is 2 fold.

I went to the OK Grocer in the Randhart shopping centre only because it is convenient to where I live... there is NO other reason.

My first experience was that I was short changed by 5c. On questioning the cashier she said she has no 5c coins and asked if I had a 5c which I did and she gave me 10c. This is not the first time.

My second experience was later that same afternoon when I went to buy bread and milk. I used my credit card and while standing there the cashier walked away with my cc. I persued her and said to her that she must not walk away with my cc. At this time a black manager came came towards her, they mumbled something and then proceeded to laugh?? At what?? Why?? Do they think this is a joke?? The transaction was completed and I left the store.

I am so disgusted at this service. FMCG is a industry where staff are required to work face to face with the consumer. To treat the consumer with dignity and respect at all times. If the staff cant do this then they are not suited to serve customers and should be put into a more suitable position.
