I visited Primi Piatti on Sunday 10th March and was welcomed with smiley faces from other staff members but not the waitress that served me. The meals took a long time to come, the pizza was so thin it was like eating toppings only. After spending R1007 for food that my family was'nt happy with I still gave the waitress a R13 tip to round my bill to R1020, when she saw her tip she gave a sarcastic grumble and said "you giving R13 is that how bad the service was" and she walked away. I paid R1020 to get insulted and embarrased infront of other people in the restaurant. I will never go there again, never had that experience at SPUR.
