On the 7th Nov 2013 at 7:00pm, i ordered a medium 500g T-Bone. The portion of steak that arrived look much smaller than 500g and was well done. When the manager came across he insisted it was cooked proper and implied that i did not know what i was talking about. The cook came over and he agreed that it was over done, " a little more than medium' he said. There was no pink visible only a well done steak. So the Bill was paid without eating the steak, even though i refused to eat a steak that arrived not as i ordered. The waitress did apologize (she was quite good, pity the kitchen and manager let her down). Asked if i would return i said no.
