This morning on my way to work I decided to stop for KFC's breakfast that is so eagerly advertised on tv every day. What a bad decision that was! I waited fifteen minutes after paying and when I called for attention from any one of the three ladies on the other side of the glass at the drive thru kiosk, I was met with total irritation for breaking up their little conversation. Still I was not given my order. I cancelled my order there and then and drove to the parking area. I went back to the cashier and asked for my money back. She was the only polite employee and couldn't believe that I was still there. She called the manager who just said he was sorry but I doubt whether he has any intention of addressing the issue or whether this is just how they operate.
