Pep
Cashier not paying attention to my request

I visited Pep in December 2013, i wanted to exchange shoes, i informed the cashier of my intention, she then exchanges one pair and rings the other one, this i notice after she asks me for R40, i was wondering why i had to pay the said R40. Thereafter an argument erupted and another employee was called, I'm not sure of her name; they were now communicating in a different language, she did a cash count and told me the till is over with R20, without hearing what my complaints were. So after all this i asked her to just listen to what had happened in order for them to understand what i am saying. I was at the end refunded on the money for the two pairs of shoes I exchanged and my R40, after yet another employee was called (store manager i think) but the cashier was ranting and raving about her going to be short and i couldn't understand the rest of what she was saying.
