I am disgusted with Epic Foods lack of response regarding my on-line complain on the product (Ol? Butter) in which I found a piece of blue plastic embedded in the product. I took pictures of it and along with my complaint send it off on the on-line customer care link.
To date I have not received any feedback from a representative of any other form of communication..
This is truly unacceptable.
