Very bad service and attitude of staff/management

I visited Raj, Rivonia on 24/02/2013. The food i ordered took 45 minutes for preparation, the waiter refused to serve dishes and did not understand english at all.

We called the manager and complained to him about the experience, even he was not helpful and ignored the complain.
