I visited the Spur in Jabulane Mall on Tuesday to cheer up my son who was sick and from the Dr, we were served by a lady by the name of Khosi, who was an absolute breath of fresh air, she paid much attention on my son from the moment we stepped in right to to the very end. Bearing in mind that this a grumpy sick child, but she served us with a smile and took my boy for face painting once he had finished eating so I could also get a bit of piece while having my lunch. The tip I left her could not really amount to the amount of gratitude I had for the service she provided. I wish all Spurs could look into into giving all their waiters that kind of service delivery training. Happy Bontle Mokhoabane
