KFC
Not value for money

I went to the goodwood branch of KFC and ordered a Family feast of 6 pieces amongst other items.
Having ordered it before and received measly pieces, I asked the saleslady if they could give me at least 2 pieces of centre breast & anything else.
She said it comes with 2wings, 2drumsticks, a thigh and a breast.
I asked her if she could substitute the thigh for a piece of breast.
She refused. (No defined list of items is specified on the menus)
So I left KFC and went a block down to Nando's instead.
For R160 I got a full chicken (with 2breasts 2thighs), a decent salad & 4rolls which was a more fulfilling meal for a family of 5 than the KFC alternative extras to about the same value (R110 a burger from KFC).
For ice-creams I took the kids to McDonalds instead, they prefer McFlurry's to the KFC offering anyway.
Not complaining, (the hellopeter options are complaint/compliment only. definitely not a compliment so chose other) KFC is fully entitled to decide what they want to sell.
Just stating, I think the competition offers better value for money, as a paying customer I am fully entitled to choose where I spend my money also.
Oh, and the staff were definitely a lot friendlier.
