First we called the call centre of Kfc to place a order for delivery. When we placed the order the person told us that it would be R20 for delivery, when I confronted him and told him that kfc advertised free delivery, he said no I'ts not free, in a unfriendly matter and then slammed the phone in my ear. I think this is very rude and they should work to improve their social skills with clients.
